Heat a large pot or pan over medium heat
remove sausage from casing add it to the pot and brown
Then add in celery, bell pepper, onion stir and let vegetables cook down for 5 minutes.
add the garlic and cook until fragrant
add flour and stir well after 5 minutes, add 1/2 can of cream of mushroom soup stir again.
add broth, spices except for salt and pepper, and Worcestershire stir well
Cover and let boil for 5 to 7 minutes.
Taste if it needs add more salt and/or pepper.
Add in the cooked rice. Stir evenly and cover.
Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes. Do not stir it while it simmers,
but make sure that it doesn't run out of water and burn.
garnish with chopped green onions
