Peaches and Cream Ice Cream

This Peaches and Cream Ice Cream couldn’t be easier! No churn, no ice cream maker needed, with bits of yummy peaches.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cold heavy whipping cream
  • 1 14-ounce can sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • Small can of peaches chopped

Instructions
 

  • Combine the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla and peaches in a large bowl.
  • In the second chilled bowl, whip the heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold together until fully mixed. Do not over mix or the finished result won’t be as light and airy.
  • Transfer the mixture to a chilled freezer safe container cover and freeze for 4-6 hours for soft serve or overnight

Notes

I find that a metal loaf pan works best for freezing and is the perfect size
