Quick and Easy Garlic Noodles

Quick and Easy Garlic Noodles are a simple San Fransisco Treat that is excellent as a stand alone meal. But pair so amazingly with crab cakes or most other seafood, and the best part it's ready in under 30 minutes!!

- 1 lb spaghetti
- 6-8 cloves garlic minced
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1-2 tsp garlic salt
- 2 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/4 cup Parmesan shredded
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water, until tender yet slightly firm to the bite (al dente) according to package.
Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add garlic; cook and stir just until fragrant, about 1 minute. Stir in the oyster sauce and garlic salt and cook for about 2-4 minutes.
Add spaghetti into the sauce using tongs, bringing some of the cooking water with it. Toss until well coated and stir in Parmesan cheese. Splash in more pasta water if noodles are too dry.
Plate noodles and garnish with green onions.
